A 100% Poulsard, a grape variety known for making light and delicately fruity wines, and that is certainly the case here.

The grapes come from old vines of around 50 years old and were macerated in semi-carbonic acid for around 8 weeks.

The color is translucent, the wine lively, crunchy and expressing strawberries and cherries. The finish is saline and the whole is frankly vibrant.
