A 100% Chardonnay maceration white wine from the estate, more precisely from a plot on limestone and marl soil located on the slopes of Arbois: Les Arces.

The grapes macerated for 2 to 3 months with their skins before being pressed and placed in vats for aging for a year.

It is a complex wine, which expresses itself on tropical fruits and which is also very delicate and subtle.
