A clay-limestone terroir in Marseillan, in the Thau basin. It is ultra mineral, we feel the stone! In the mouth, we taste fresh pear, coated in iodine notes. We can see ourselves opening this by the sea, or even better, in our sofa and give ourselves the illusion that we are close to it.
