Val de Combres

Valentin Létoquart is an exciting young winemaker, based in the commune of Oppède in the Luberon.
In 2013, after having worked in different organic domains, he decided to produce his own wines, and so he created Val de Combrès. In love with animals, he cultivates the vineyard with the help of a horse and according to the precepts of biodynamics, preferring the use of herbal teas to copper or sulfur. Also, every winter, a herd comes down from the Alps to graze on the plots, which allows a natural mowing and a good compost.
The wines produced are very varied but all keep an accessible and generous profile.
