An intense Pinot Noir!

Grapes from different plots, planted on various soils (schist, sandstone, clay, etc.), macerated in whole bunches for a week. Then follow daily punching down for an additional week, all in open vats before being put into Burgundy oak barrels.

A little volat, tannins are present, we advise you to decant the bottle and then take the time to appreciate.
