Philippe Chatillon

Before working for him, Philippe Chatillon was the manager of the Domaine de la Pinte, in Arbois, for 18 years.

So he was already familiar with the wine world when in 2013 he decided to launch his own domain. It is on the well exposed hill of Passenans, very close to Poligny, that he sets his heart on.

The adventure begins with two hectares, mainly savagnin. But also melon with tail Reda typically local grape variety, a little gamay, and chardonnay.

Its particularity? Its beliefs in thebio-harmony. According to him, the vibration of sound allows to balance the wines in the cellar. To harmonize them, he uses a crystal harp and singing bowls to give them a unique energy.

His wines are vibrant and complex and are among those that know how to transmit emotion.
