Nevel Wild Ales

Located in Netherlands, Nevel Wild Ales has been producing wild beers for several years, working mainly with the use of their own yeast culture.

The brewery's philosophy is focused on using local products: plants, flowers, fruits, grapes and cereals, and sometimes even vegetables and tree bark.

A brewing method as close as possible to nature which ends with admirable maturation in barrels.
