Le Nez de Goth

Also known as Le Nez de Goth, Olivier has no vines but an unquestionable talent as a winemaker.

In 2015, having just graduated with a master's degree in philosophy, he set up his cellar under the family residence in Champvans, in the northern part of the Jura.

Like his influences, such as a certain Anthony Tortul of La Sorga, he has the talent to unearth grapes from the most beautiful terroirs. In the cellar, he always looks for the purest expression of the fruit while maintaining a real finesse in his wines.
