Lambert Spielmann

Lambert Spielmann is a self-taught winemaker, who had several lives and professions before embarking on natural wine. He set up his Domaine in Black in Saint-Pierre in 2019, after training at Domaine Yves Amberg in Epfig. Its two hectares of vines are spread over 8 plots and have been certified organic since 1997.

Adept of biodynamics in the vineyard, Lambert displays great freedom in his work in the cellar and his love of music (mainly punk and rock) is reflected in the names of his vintages.

A generous young winemaker, with boundless energy, who offers us terroir wines with a well-marked identity.
