A Beaujolais winemaker born in the Hautes-Alpes, who had chosen to be a ski instructor before turning to wine.
He learned from Jean-Claude Lapalu and then settled around Brouilly. His first vintage was born in 2012.
Cyrille favors time, guard, breeding and rest in the cellar and offers us nicely structured wines.
