La Bouchaude

Behind La Bouchaude hides Anne Petitot a winemaker who built his experience between Touraine and Chile before sailing in the Jura on the side of the Tissot or the Domaine de Ratapoil.

Since 2020, she has installed her activity in the town of Bersailin, not far from Poligny, and has started very modestly with less than a hectare of vines.

Anne practices organic farming and animal traction for soil work and vinification side, more or less long farms are experienced. A passionate winemaker, which offers us authentic wines, faithful to the Jura soul.
