    After working a number of jobs in the restaurant trade, Karl and Mikael decided to get into natural fruit fermentations. Inspired by friends who produce natural ciders and wines, they started making their first bottles in 2016.

    Today, they have a little paradise to complement the apples they glean: a 13.5-hectare orchard attached to a farm in the Verkeån nature reserve. The orchard has a river running through it and is just a few hundred metres from a picturesque beach. In this orchard, they grow apples, pears and plums, and have also planted vines, quinces and berries. Their natural fruit fizzes are as original as their labels, and you won't regret trying them!
