Flavien Nowack
Champagne
We are dealing here with a story dating back to ... 1795. Champagne is well rooted in family history among the Nowack.
Since 2011, Flavien has been at the head of the estate and has had the freedom to affix his vision from the start. It chooses an organic conversion and to enhance a more global ecosystem, where trees and hedges are planted in the middle of the vines (mainly Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir). He is also passionate about a sharp plot approach, aimed at enhancing the typicity of each terroir.
At the cellar, he favors soft methods and long farms.
From all this reflection and this work result from champagnes of character of great finesse!
