As a young winemaker, Etienne's first vintage only dates back to 2020.
He comes from a family of restaurateurs and has chosen to train in the vineyard. Before settling down on the family farm of Les Chapeliers, located in the commune of Saint Barthélémy le Plain, on the northern slope of the Doux valley, he travelled through various regions of France and set foot in New Zealand to learn.
Its objectives? The creation of a polyculture and agroforestry farm to find a natural balance, both for its vines and for its ecosystem.
It delights us with gourmet, digestible, fresh and pure fruity wines.
