A family story, since "Petit Bouchon" is the nickname of Agathe, the daughter of Vincent and Sophie Larcelet.
After learning in the Jura, notably with JF Ganevat, Vincent quickly had the project of setting up his own business and making his own wines.
It is in Alsace that he realizes this dream!
It was a difficult project because available vineyard land is rare and expensive: they planted their first parcel themselves and were able to rent some vines in the area.
In the end, a beautiful diversity of grape varieties: pinot noir, gamay, sylvaner, auxerrois, chardonnay, gewurztraminer and riesling.
A very promising first vintage in 2020. The micro-vintages are matured in vats, barrels or dame-jeanne with great attention paid to the quality of the wines.
