Domaine des Miquettes

Paul Estève and Chrystelle Vareille installed their Domaine des Miquettes in Ardèche, south of the Saint-Joseph appellation.

Paul made his classes in two major figures in the prowe of free wine in the Rhône valley: René-Jean Dard and François Ribo. With Chrystelle, they collect the two ares of vineyard from the family farm and this is how their wine adventure started in 2003.

Caught in passion for Georgia and its history, they are inspired by the methods applied in this cradle of wine and raise all of their terracotta jar covers. Besides, since 2014, they have built an atypical chai where 26 buried jars are installed!

In their wines, there are velvety textures, complex aromatics. Wines that have body and character.
