Domaine des Grottes

Established since 2001 in Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières, between Lyon and Mâcon, Romain des Grottes defines his wines as "liberated wines, out of the box, from the fermentation of grape juice without any additives".

Certified organic and biodynamic, the vines are planted on a granite terroir, are surrounded by trees and hedges and the only treatment they know are herbal teas and fermented extracts. Also, Romain and his partner Perrine produce fruit juices, cereals and medicinal plants: respect for life and biodiversity!

Gamay is mainly found in these wines that are light in alcohol, acidulous and to be shared in good company from aperitif to dessert. Delicious!
