Domaine de Sauveterre

After learning about wine with his buddy Philippe Jambon, in 2011, Jérôme Guichard took over the vineyards of Guy Blanchard, a famous figure in natural wine.

His parcels, next to his home in the Mâcon region, but also in the north of Beaujolais, are planted with chardonnay and old gamays.

Jérôme is a meticulous worker, he trusts his grapes and time...He produces vintages of great elegance, true wines for aging, as much for the whites as for the reds. Trust us, go ahead!
