Chien Bleu

The Chien Bleu brewery was founded in Geneva in 2016 on the initiative of Julien Manetti, whose aim is to reinterpret historic styles of beer as well as offering sparkling fruit beers.

The guiding principle: natural fermentation or use of in-house yeasts, sourcing of local ingredients and barrel ageing.
