Jérôme is the fourth generation of winegrowers on the side of his father. Since 2016, they have been working as a team with his wife Charlotte, in this superb area located in Crouttes-sur-Marne, at the front door of the Champagne vineyard, just a few kilometers from the Ile-de-France.

Grapes planted in clay, silt and chalk soils bordered by the Marne, raised and vinified according to a philosophy which values ​​the precepts of biodynamics and advocates the free expression of natural elements.

The harvest is manual, the pressing carried out using a traditional press; A meticulous and respectful work, helping to sublimate the terroir.

The result: superb expressive champagnes, fresh, with complex length.
