It is in the heart of the mountain of Reims that the Bonnet family has been cultivating vines for 6 generations.
Since 2013, the estate has converted to organic and goes even further with phytotherapy treatments and agroforestry for example. The vinifications are done on natural leavening and the doses of sulfur are reduced to a strict minimum. Most of the vintages are not dosed to preserve the purity, the tension and the character of the terroir.
