Ammonite

After studying viticulture and oenology, Simon Lecomte decided to create his own brewery, transposing his knowledge of the wine world to the production of his beers. The Ammonite brewery was born in 2018 in Sennecey-Le-Grand.

Simon creates beers based on his terroir and a careful selection of the barrels in which he allows his beers to mature. He also creates fruit and grape cuvées in collaboration with winemaker friends.
