A blend of 1- and 2-year-old lambics and Matthieu's very first beer, aged in barrels for 2 1/2 years.

It was macerated on Gelber Muskateller grapes from Nahe, Germany, and blended with 30% wine from the same grapes. Aged in old Bordeaux barrels.
